50 to 60-minute minute psychotherapy session: $225

90-minute psychotherapy session: $300

Please note that I do not accept insurance at Woods Psychological Services, LLC, but I am able to accept payment via your Flex Spending Account or Health Savings Account. I would be happy to provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit to your out-of-network benefits. I strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with your out-of-network benefits by calling your insurance company directly.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. The law gives you the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical or mental health care will cost. 

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes estimated costs for non-emergency intake assessment and psychotherapy.
• Your healthcare provider will give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your initial service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
